How to Get Started

1.  Book an Initial Consultation: Begin with a 1:1 session where we'll discuss your goals, assess your movement patterns, range of motion, balance and strength. Then Paige will introduce you to the Reformer equipment.

  2.  Develop Your Program: Based on the initial consultation, we'll create a personalised Pilates program focusing on posture, alignment, stability and strength.

  3.  Continue Your Practice: After completing your initial session, you can proceed with additional private sessions or explore Pilates classes to further your practice.
